Heart to Heart Care Services was founded by a group of individuals who all share the same belief and passion of taking good care of the elderly. We believe that our seniors should be shown love and compassion and lovingly well be taken-good-cared-of especially at the sunset of their life – a time when they need help, assistance and understanding the most.

Our mission is to provide essential services to help keep our seniors and adults who have chronic illness, functional limitations or disability, aging and frail safe, maintain their independence, self-respect and self-worthiness, and as healthy as possible; thus, improving their quality of life.

With decades of combined experience in taking care of the elderly, our management and client care team are composed of practicing medical, home health aide and certified nursing assistant (C.N.A), provided end-of-life care and support to their loved ones, and have vast experience in direct supervision and hiring of trained, experienced and reliable caregivers.
